From the best experience to the worst. I finally had enough courage to go clothes shopping for a work trip after a long Illness I was not looking forward to this. I was meet by a lady who absolutely helped me and was extremely accommodating. Unfortunately a pair of the trousers I brought were faulty. On returning them the same lady was extremely rude and there was no policy in place for dealing with returns. When ringing back 7 days later too give me a refund there wasn’t even an apology for the fault just a yes we will refund them. What a shame I will never be able to shop at this shop because of the attitude of this one lady.

Only just discovered this fabulous clothing boutique, what a gem! The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. I felt spoilt for choice, being plus sized this is a rarity. Highly recommend.

Last week, I had an excellent shopping experience at Zebrano, Victoria St. The ladies went out of their way to be helpful and ordered in a stunning dress I required in my size. Friendly and enjoyable.

About 5 minutes ago I popped into the Designer Wardrobe and Zebrano shared carpark to pick up a dress from designer wardrobe and to then buy a birthday present for my mum from Zebrano. I parked in the Zebrano side as I was planning on going to both shops and was met by a very rude lady who worked there telling me to move my car. She wouldn’t listen to me trying to tell her that I was planning to visit the shop afterwards and would only be a minute, and proceeded to storm past me into designer wardrobe and announce to the entire shop of people that I had to immediately move my vehicle while pointing her finger at me. Needless to say I won’t be returning, and neither will my mum which is a shame as we live down the road and enjoy going there. 0/10
