Caroline Elmore has been my property manager for 15 months. She has been professional, chose excellent tenants, and ensured the property was kept to a high standard. I like the fact that Xclusive are fair and respectful to both tenant and landlord because a happy tenant is more likely to treat the home well. I would never in a million years recommend this Company. I was a witness to a small family viewing the property and I watched the real estate agents actions and tone she used with them and I was filled with disgust. I seen full blatant Racism as they were people of colour and I couldn’t believe the unprofessionalism. I approached the family afterwards to ensure they were okay and to give them reassurance that I seen first hand what had happened. Absolutely appalled and I believe speaking up and writing this review is appropriate.
Many thanks to the team at Xclusive Property Management for the awesome service experienced throughout our tenancy. Our complaints and requests were handled efficiently and our exit was a seamless one with our bond being refunded in full. I will definitely recommend you to anyone in need of your services.
