I've been a tenant with Xclusive Property Management for 5 years now and I could not be more pleased. They are professional and so very helpful. Fantastic rental agency would highly recommend. The property we rented was of good quality and well looked after. A few minor defects were identified when we moved in and Caroline sorted them with speed and ease! Communication from Xclusive was on point, and we would use Xclusive again to secure our next rental property :)
I would never in a million years recommend this Company. I was a witness to a small family viewing the property and I watched the real estate agents actions and tone she used with them and I was filled with disgust. I seen full blatant Racism as they were people of colour and I couldn’t believe the unprofessionalism. I approached the family afterwards to ensure they were okay and to give them reassurance that I seen first hand what had happened. Absolutely appalled and I believe speaking up and writing this review is appropriate.
We have been with this company for over 10 years. They have renewed our tenants several times and they don't just pick anyone. They involve you in the process before making the final decision. We have had a few property managers over the time and all have been amazing to deal with. Great property inspection reports. We highly recommend this company to manage your rental property. They do a great job protecting your asset.
I Highly recommend Carol and her team at Xclusive. We have had some challenging times over the past 13 years and they have been simply the best when dealing with problems, with my interests at the forefront of the solution. A great team who can put you at ease with their support and problem solving.
