I recently placed two separate orders with The Woolshop Rangiora and have been impressed by both the service and the quality of the wool each time. I also called with a few questions and received friendly, knowledgeable advice. The wool is exceptionally good quality, and I am looking forward to creating new stitch works with it. The shop and team (Rachael, Rod and Jo) and been super supportive of my NZ yarn journey recommending yarn, local patterns and the shop blog has very helpful posts. I’ve done a few special orders and orders have been dispatched quickly and arrived in Australia without issue. Would love to say hi in person one day
This shop is awesome. Has a great section of wools. The patterns they have is so good and well set out in folders and plenty to choose from. Would recommend. It is worth the trip to Rangiora. Very helpful too,
AusPost was late delivering so I contacted and left an Action Request. No contact just a banner on tracking that parcel was destroyed by van fire, this was 9 days after delivery due and 5 days after Action Request. Contacted store received speedy response and with no hesitation they offered assistance, found replacement. Customer service was polite professional and caring. Fully recommend this store. I cannot thank The wool shop Rangiora enough. The presentation of the wool package was outstanding the most beautiful presentation i have ever recieved. Delivery was the next day and to offer 10% off 1st order i was most grateful for. I highly recommend the wool shop.
