I needed my gas oven dixonnected and reconnected working in woth other tradies while I had renovations done at my home on Bayswater Crescent. I used Foleys lastime and was totally unimpressed by their service which lead me to contacting whitehead plumbing and gas. I dodnt meet the gas fitter who disconnected the over however I did meet the gas fitter who reconnected my gas oven. Her name was Petunia and was wonderful to deal with. She did a great quality job in a very timely manner with a positive attitude also. She was awesome! Thank you so much to the team at whitehead! I have had a great experience with your company and you guys will be my first point of contact if I need anything else plumbing or gas related! Can't recommend you guys enough. Cheers Nav
The team turned up on scheduled time and successfully replaced our 42 year old hot water cylinder.. As well as the plumbing, this required some careful carpentry since the new cylinder is very different to the old one.. Highly recommended.
Rung on a Thursday regarding a unidentified leak in the back yard, under patio. James arrived to help diagnose, refereed a detection agency, got them around and a spot was identified, came back next morning and finished the job! Great speed, James was informative and helpful. Just a great interaction all around!

Wendy was great with communication in booking my urgent job as soon as they were able, prompt with their terms of service in email that evening, and responded quickly to my query about timing of arrival the next day. Virginia arrived on time and was kind, courteous and understanding of my situation. Problem resolved super quickly, and without fuss. Highly recommend.
