My visit here today was very pleasant as well as every other time I have been here. I came in with my daughter and a list of stationary items. We were acknowledged and greeted in a friendly manner, and both staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Everything is nicely set out and easy to find :) Thank-you

I was happy browsing, had 2 sales girls ask me if I needed anything straight after each other, but they were friendly and polite, so it didn't bother me.

I purchased a diary here today and I had a rewards card and it had expired, lovely Dannika was so helpful in getting me a new card, thanks so much for your nice smile and help today, very very much appreciated 👏 🥳

This is my favorite Whitchoulls store! I absolutely love books and sometimes buy too many...scratch that you can never have too many books!! Anyways the staff at the Shirley store have become like family! They are so knowledgeable of all the good reads and are patient and ready to assist you should you need it! I definitely love this store above and beyond any other 😍
