I had an amazing experience of a most helpful staff member who approached me when I was juggling the 4 pool noodles, I had purchased from the Warehouse, that were going in every direction and was trying to look at Atomic Habits workbook and this young lady came over and offered to secure them together with rubber bands to make life easier for me, which she did and it made my browsing 100% better. She was young and tall with glasses and went over and above what I would expect.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Was served by a "younger gentleman" who had a laugh with me while serving. Personality goes a long way. I went in for a card, took me forever to find one as the selection was huge. Got the perfect card.

Came in today looking for a present for some friends. The girl that assisted me was so lovely and helpful. Didn’t catch her name but she had dark brown hair and glasses. Give that girl a raise! She was incredible

I've had a consistently poor experience with one staff member (Rowan) at this branch of Whitcoulls. Despite being entitled to a teacher discount with a teacher registration card, I've received snarky, passive aggressive comments and eye-rolling every time I present my teacher registration card to them. This behaviour is unacceptable and rude, not to mention unprofessional and has made me reluctant to spend my money here. This has happened on at least 3 separate occasions.
I will shop elsewhere next time for books and teaching resources.

Harriet was so lovely!! We had a lengthy conversation about the Throne of Glass series & more & it was such a wonderful interaction! She is clearly passionate about books which is beautiful to see!
