We received fantastic customer service at Hornby Whitcoulls, My son was stuck trying to find a new read, the customer service representative was approachable, they asked questions and really thought about what would capture his attention, they went above and beyond with several recommendations and explanations about the book series and what he could expect.

Whitcoulls is my favourite shop to pass time on! It wasn’t as big as the usual Whitcoulls shops around town but it was cozy and with very homey atmosphere. I always find that things on display were always eye-catching, and the ladies are very helpful and nice and would always greet you with a smile or would have a chat with you. Thank you for making the shopping experience much enjoyable!

Great natural freedom camp. Green certification self containment required. Council do patrol this site. Near freeway but hey. The nature feel is worth it.
