Hugo gave me a call one day to come look at another Tilers work on a renovation he was handling. The Owner wasn't happy, so Hugo wasn't either. And rightly so, I completed the Tiling and Then repaired/made good/fixed what was needed to hand over. Seeing Hugo's work first hand and how Hugo put his client first, and sought a second opinion on works being done shows how much he cares about the work he does and his contractor's in his clients Kāinga. I only recommend Watercraft Plumbing to any of my clients north of Belfast. A 2nd client of Hugo's he sent directly to me, Hugo had already done alot of "work" on their "newly purchased house" that wasn't picked up in Building Reports. Unfortunately the upstairs ensuite shower base needed complete re Tiling. Hugo on the Plumbing, Artistic Professional Tiling On the tiles and Clients are Happy. The pictures are from this repair job.
Fantastic service from Hugo!! I asked for help with relocating the dishwasher in our kitchen. I could tell just from talking to Hugo and the advice that he gave that he was going to do a great job, and he has! In July '25 Hugo installed our new toilet, an outside tap and a gas callifont outside. I found him to be super respectful, efficient and an excellent craftsman. The bill was clearly itemized. I highly recommend Hugo for any plumbing or gas fitting work.
