The Walton plumbers were extremely professional, accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. We needed a new hot water cylinder in a hurry and they provided an exceptional service at short notice. We will continue to use them and highly recommend them to others.

Had great experience with Brent from Walton Plumbing. Took the time to help me pick a replacement kitchen tap and did great job fixing all the leaks we had. Super personable, great to deal with.

I was very disappointed with my experience with Walton Plumbing.
From the beginning, I told the first technician that I believed the leak was coming from the dishwasher. Had he simply pulled the dishwasher out at that point, the source of the leak would likely have been identified immediately.
Instead, I was told that if the dishwasher were the cause, the water would be visible on the vinyl rather than underneath it. Although this explanation didn’t fully convince me, I trusted the technician’s professional judgment.
Rather than properly investigating from the kitchen first, the technician requested a second “skinny” technician to go underneath the deck without even attempting to access or locate the leak himself.
To be fair, the reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the second technician was efficient and practical. He quickly helped identify the source of the leak and assisted in pulling the dishwasher out, which revealed the leak behind it — exactly where I had initially suggested the issue was coming from.
As a result, I am now being charged for two technicians when I believe the second call-out could have been avoided with a more hands-on and thorough assessment from the start. On top of that, because I was not listed as the dishwasher customer, I’m also facing additional charges.
I also made a formal complaint by email to the administration team, but the matter was not resolved satisfactorily.
In addition, there was an interaction during the visit that made me uncomfortable. At one point, while we were standing in my kitchen, the technician placed his arm around my shoulder in a semi-hug manner, which I considered completely inappropriate in a professional setting. I moved away from him and walked into the living room. Shortly after, I asked him to leave as I needed to return to work immediately.
Overall, I felt the situation was handled poorly both technically and professionally, and the experience left me feeling unheard, overcharged, and uncomfortable in my own home.

I found the service I received from Walton plumbing to be of a very high standard. My urgent job was responded to quickly, staff were friendly, professional and efficient, and care was taken to explain what was being done to remedy the problem and why every step of the way. I would highly recommend this plumbing company to others.
