I recently had an appointment at Vivo Rangiora that unfortunately didn’t go as planned, my haircut and colour weren’t what I had asked for and I left feeling really upset. However, after raising my concerns, the team at vivo northlands, and regional manager were incredibly understanding and offered a redo free of charge. The redo service was amazing and I’m really happy with the final result from vivo northlands. I appreciate how professionally my complaint was handled, but I do hope more care is taken with initial consultations in the future.

Had an amazing experience with Troy at Vivo. After a through consult and looking at pictures I had provided, he explained to me that it would take more than this appointment to achieve my colour goal. I left with the hairstyle I had asked for, and another appointment to return to lighten my hair to my desired look. Thankyou so much for you professional approach and honesty. Very refreshing, and I left totally happy with money well spent.

Highly recommend Vivo. Staff are always smiley and lovely. I have gone to Genevieve the last 4 times and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair! She is always a good laugh and very attentive and notices things with my hair I never would. Highly recommend!!

I've been coming to Vivo Rangiora for almost 2 years. Genevieve has patiently and gently tranformed my hair from dull box dye black to blonde. She is vibrant, funny and really knows her stuff. She takes an interest in her clients and always asks about things or events that were discussed last time you were in her chair.
I love how she explains the scientific part of hairdressing, I know so much more about my hair now! 100% recommend Genevieve and the team at Vivo.

It was time for a change. I took my ideas to Troy at Vivo Rangiora. We talked them through and I walked out of the salon as a new woman! I'm not brave when it comes to changing my hair and had the same stylist for (XX yrs!!!) many years so was very pleased to entrust this change to Troy. Gone was the length (it only ever went in a ponytail!) and back was the curl. Have had sooo many compliments already. Thanks Troy.
