I recently had an appointment at Vivo Rangiora that unfortunately didn’t go as planned, my haircut and colour weren’t what I had asked for and I left feeling really upset. However, after raising my concerns, the team at vivo northlands, and regional manager were incredibly understanding and offered a redo free of charge. The redo service was amazing and I’m really happy with the final result from vivo northlands. I appreciate how professionally my complaint was handled, but I do hope more care is taken with initial consultations in the future.

I cannot recommend Troy at Vivo Rangiora highly enough! From the moment I walked in, Troy was the epitome of professionalism, making me feel completely comfortable and confident that I was in expert hands. His attention to detail is second to none, and he took the time to really listen to what I wanted while offering thoughtful advice based on his extensive knowledge and experience. The result was absolutely incredible – my hair has never looked or felt better. The cut and colour exceeded all expectations and perfectly suited my style and features. What truly sets Troy apart is his passion for his craft. He is meticulous, talented, and genuinely cares about delivering the best possible result for every client. His warm personality, professionalism, and exceptional skill create an experience that feels more like a luxury treatment than a standard salon appointment. Could not recommend Troy enough - I will be back!

Highly recommend Vivo. Staff are always smiley and lovely. I have gone to Genevieve the last 4 times and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair! She is always a good laugh and very attentive and notices things with my hair I never would. Highly recommend!!

I've been coming to Vivo Rangiora for almost 2 years. Genevieve has patiently and gently tranformed my hair from dull box dye black to blonde. She is vibrant, funny and really knows her stuff. She takes an interest in her clients and always asks about things or events that were discussed last time you were in her chair. I love how she explains the scientific part of hairdressing, I know so much more about my hair now! 100% recommend Genevieve and the team at Vivo.

I see Troy usually every 6-8 weeks, as my postnatal new hair growth is coming through. Over the years this included hair extensions to help with thickness, along with different colour's to add depth also cut styles to make my thinned out fine hair look as full as possible all a Troy's recommdations. Troy always has a welcoming bright smile and is flexible with working with my end goal style and colour. I highly recommend Troy 👌
