I recently had an appointment at Vivo Rangiora that unfortunately didn’t go as planned, my haircut and colour weren’t what I had asked for and I left feeling really upset. However, after raising my concerns, the team at vivo northlands, and regional manager were incredibly understanding and offered a redo free of charge. The redo service was amazing and I’m really happy with the final result from vivo northlands. I appreciate how professionally my complaint was handled, but I do hope more care is taken with initial consultations in the future.

Maddie, Sandy & Elizbe have been so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! They are so gentle with my fine hair which is great as I've had hair pulled out by rough hands at previous salons! Thank you so much, really looking forward to my next appointment in September :)

I used to go to Vivo in Auckland. When we moved back to Rangiora, I was happy to see there is a Vivo here too. Always great service and a consistently high standard. Also it's a nice touch to receive a great cup of tea and a piece of fudge :)

Received a balayage from Genevieve who was amazing. Skilled, professional and friendly. When I change my mind about something, she was more than happy to accommodate. Will definitely be using her as my regular.

"I finally found a stylist who understands my thick, curly hair! Madele was fantastic colouring, cut n styling my hair. Plus also took time to explain the different options for hair care routine..
