Been using weekly blister pack dispensing for 3 months here. These guys rock - friendly, always ready, while it does cost $7 a week and my last warehouse type chain did this for free, it’s worth it for the personal service. Sultana is awesome (and the other staff too!).

My experience today with Ellie was horrible. Have been going to that pharmacy since ages and always have a pleasant one, no complains at all. Ellie, you are the face of a business, please learn to listen to the customer, not telling that the customer is always right, but at least listen and apologise if necessary. The other pharmacist who was helping her was very polite and he sorted me out in no time.
Horrible experience with the asian female pharmacist who loves gossiping about patients behind their backs. I popped in for some antibiotics, and while I was waiting, she straight up blurts out to another pharmacist, "Another UTI?" There were other customers around at the time, and this extremely unprofessional and inappropriate behaviour really let me down. Not recommended for people who cares about their privacy.
Called up to get fax number for urgent script. When I arrived nobody had bothered to check fax machine, script was sitting there all this time. Tried to say I had to wait as they were busy. Poor attitude. No apology. Don't bother coming here for anything important or urgent or even if you just expect good service.
