Left feeling very disrespected Today I booked in for a 4pm flu Vax. After waiting over 30mins for my booked appointment, I went to the counter to say I was leaving because the wait time for a booked appointment was ridiculous. I was meet with well had walking in before you and we are a walk in clinic. I had to arrange for a babysitter so I could make this appointment and I could not be away from the house for over 45mins (wait time to be seen/vax/wait time post) I was later called by the pharmacist to ask to bring the consent form which I had taken to be return. Well no, I will not be handing over a consent form saying I received treatment which you would get funding. Be respectful of people's time, people make bookings for a reason. If there was an emergency sure we understand but letting 8 other people go before the booked appointment is a sign of a poor service . Would not recommend this chemist and a lot of products are over charged. Get a better deal elsewhere.

Was really pleased these guys were happy to take and send the parcel I had to send. As a pharmacy its busy and doing NZ Post work to is most helpful. Plenty of close car parking in a large car park with a supermarket alongside..

Very rude postal staff at this pharmacy. Her name was Hayley and at no time was she helpful or even smiled. I tried talking to her re prices and she just blanked me. I said thank you when service was complete and again she blanked me. I wont shop here again.

Great pharmacy - they always friendly and helpful. Always proactive with their service. 🙏
