The team at Ilam Pharmacy were incredibly kind and helpful today. My GP accidentally sent my daughter’s milk prescription there, but they don’t dispense milk prescriptions. Even though it wasn’t something they could provide, they took the time to help me figure out where I could get it. They located the prescription in the system and even printed it out for me so I could bring it to another pharmacy. I really appreciated the extra effort and care. Great service and genuinely helpful staff!

Great staff and pharmacist with helpful service. Great last minute gifts and a post shop. Parking tricky as popular spot with takeaway and other shops.

This is the best chemist ive come across in all my years. The young lady's have great customer service skills. They come across as genuine and have great manners. Pretty much hard to come across such great service these days. Well done team keep up the great work.
