I went in for a flu jab - very prompt friendly service. While I was waiting an elderly lady came in and required some advice and it involved some time to sort out her enquiry. I was so impressed with the care and patience shown to this lady by the staff.

No empathy or compassion to a sick parent of a toddler. Refused to sell me over the counter Sudafed, despite clearly having a cold and symptoms that come and go in waves. Claimed “I didn’t sound congested.” Made me feel humiliated and like a criminal. I rarely lose my cool, or write reviews, but this was just not on, especially when so under the weather and trying to look after a 2 year old!

It is rare that I receive such friendly, expert and professional service that I should bother to comment. Only went in for a vaccination. Every question was answered without hesitation. On time, good advice, can't be faulted.

Lady behind the counter should not work in customer service. She had short dark hair and was tallish. I have never been so rudely spoken to before. I normally have such lovely interactions there but her service was so bad I had to leave without sending my parcel. I needed assistance with the parcel and she basically told me off like a school child and didn't offer any help. When i asked for a bit of paper she basically threw it at me and didn't offer a pen. She was equally as rude to the people before me, and all customers were seeing these interactions.
