Visiting Christchurch currently and needed to pop into a pharmacy. I had such a great experience at this pharmacy thanks to Andrew, their incredible pharmacist. He’s one of those rare people who manages to be both highly knowledgeable and genuinely kind at the same time. Andrew had this calm, reassuring presence that instantly put me at ease. You can tell he truly cares about the people who come through the door. Highly recommend this pharmacy!
The pharmacist was so helpful. She offered us multiple options and trying to resolve our problem otherwise we will have to wait 6 hours in 24 hours surgery. We are so happy and blessed to meet such a kind angel tonight. thank you
Terrible rude service. I turned up to collect a prescription for my wife that was sent through from the 24 hr surgery 45 minutes before I arrived. When I arrived at the pharmacy I was left standing waiting for ages before I was even acknowledged. I was then treated rudely by the Indian pharmacist who did a cursory look and said it wasn't done and then muttered something I couldn't understand. After standing around waiting for another 25 minutes a female staff member asked me if I was ok and I said I was waiting for a prescription. She had a look and it was there waiting and had been there all along. No apology from the 1st person who didn't bother to look properly. The female staff member said he was stressed as his computer wasn't working. Appalling behavior.
Went in for help with a sore eye. The lady I spoke to on the phone was pleasant. The pharmacist guy not helpful at all.obviously that he could care less. Went to Chemist warehouse South City. Pharmacist explained what I needed to do to help with my sore eye and the woman on checkout asked how I was and was really nice. Conclusion I will try never to go into Unichem Bealey again.
The pharmacist was kind, friendly, and very helpful. I really appreciated his caring approach and excellent service. Thank you, Andrew!
