Convenient location, very clean and comfortable, and quiet. This is our second stay in three years and we have been pleased both times. The hosts are great and live on site to attend to any matters that may arise. My wife and I like to walk so a quick walk to eateries, coffee shops, or the downtown areas were easy for us. On site parking can be a bit tight if fully booked but we did not experience any problems. Though the motor lodge is on a busy boulevard, there is little traffic in the evenings. Often we left our windows open at night and we were not bothered. Rooms are very clean, excellent housekeeping staff. The rooms themselves are spacious and very quiet, rarely did we hear noise from any other units.

The perfect spot to stay in CHC. It is a short walk to cbd and easy drive to the airport. The room was very spacious comfortable and clean. The kitchenette had everything you could need to cook and I loved the French press and coffee provided so delicious!
Safe and comfortable with parking onsite!
Staff was very nice! Highly recommended

Stay here each time I am in Chch.
Great location on Bealey Ave, walking distance to Hagley Park and also lots of dining options within 500m walk.
Rooms are spotless and the hosts are friendly esp if you book directly.
Free carparking outside too.

Second time my partner and I have used Tuscana and thus stay was as enjoyable as the last. Our host was friendly and helpful ( again), service continued to be faultless. We have already recommended to family members.
