Excellent service from James. Nothing was a problem and he took the time to show us the products and talk us through the features even though it was almost closing time. He was patient with the admin involved on screen to manage what was required with the deal combo we were purchasing. Akash was helpful loading our boxes into the car for us too. Great service. READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUY
Bought the xclusive boule bed base in size double it turns up completely unusable. The wooden frame splintered and full of chips missing. (See attached photos)
Took ages for them to process the refund after they collected it. I kept having to chase them up.
Then I stupidly ordered a bed base from them again not seeing it was the same company. And I sent it to the wrong address so I emailed them to get it delivered to the right place. They collected it from the wrong address i had sent it to but without having a packing slip so it wasn't marked as picked up. Then 2 days later they tried to collect it again. I call them saying theyve already collected it and they argue with me saying they havent. They transfer me to another guy I had been dealing with regarding this, JAMES (the only person who actually helped me sort this out so thank you). He said it was probably not ticked off in the courier system and that they'd talk to them and find it for me. After another week of chasing this up on the friday they said they'd just send me a new one out on monday theyd send me the tracking for it. I dont know why they didnt just do this in the first place???
Monday- no tracking link sent through. Today (Tuesday) I call them again saying i havent received a tracking link. They tell me (i swear to god I nearly threw my phone) "it hasnt been sent out yet" luckily they sent it out today and I have received it and it is in much better condition than the first bed base because this one is metal.
Overall just a nightmare to deal with them, so many phone calls had to be made and so much time spent on this. I would never recommend them even with this new base being better

LET ME TELL YOU! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! & after today I have the upmost respect to the employees here!!
I had just finished a long day at work, all I wanted was some outdoor lounges to take home & relax on (BEST SALES) I got x2 of what I wanted for way cheaper than expected. (The price of 1 from the warehouse & Bunnings, you can get for the price of 2 from here)
As I was waiting patiently for my chairs (baring in mind it’s my first time coming here) I waited on the massage chair & here’s me thinking he’s going to get them out the back after being busy with other customers haha not knowing you’re suppose to collect your order from the factory part OUTSIDE lol but here’s the thing, they never kicked me off that chair or told me to go get my stuff outside, they just let me enjoy a nice free massage until I got up to find everything out when I almost fell asleep in it 😂 THANK YOU TEAM!!! I appreciate you guys so much & you don’t know how much I appreciated that. I’m so so grateful.

Absolutely fantastic! Well packaged! Super quick delivery! Easy to build! Very comfortable seat and now I am able to sit in comfort to study! Fabulous communication as well. 🙂 Also the unpacking of it was great as well. They way it was taped was very easy to peel away! I'm absolutely stoked and definitely recommend these guys

I bought a cabinet here and it came with no manual, the pieces of the cabinet were un even, poorly designed and easy to break. The customer service on their shop is also bad, I recieved an email saying my package was delivered and it wasn't so I came to the shop asking if it was delievered, but after i told him the story he said " what do you want me to do about it? ", in a rude way. Making it seem like hr doesn't care that I didn't recieve it
