"I cannot recommend this store more highly! The showroom has a fantastic layout and we were made to feel extremely welcome without any pushy sales tactics. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and patient, helping us select the perfect pieces for our home. The furniture is of excellent quality, and the entire process—from purchase to the delivery team—was seamless. Great value for money!"

READ FIRST. Obviously a return. That's OK, BUT sort it out first. Identifying stickers missing. Screws and bits all loose. Its rusted. I would return it, but we are miles away. And its needed. But try some honesty, let the price reflect that its a damaged return. 1st and last time shopping at TSB no idea how to add photos

Excellent service from James. Nothing was a problem and he took the time to show us the products and talk us through the features even though it was almost closing time. He was patient with the admin involved on screen to manage what was required with the deal combo we were purchasing. Akash was helpful loading our boxes into the car for us too. Great service. Thank you team!
