Easy walking distance to train station or complimentary shuttle. 1 bed apartment is very spacious and clean. Everything you need provided. Prince was particularly helpful with my booking error with excellent and quick communication. Good value. Would definitely recommend.

This was an excellent location. The shuttle was helpful to get to the train station and arrived promptly and safely. The room was comfortable and quiet. Nicely appointed kitchenette. Only disappointment was no AC, but there was a nice floor fan and windows opened to cool the room.

We were really disappointed. Rooms were fine. Clean. Spacious enough but lots of silly and quite rude signs. servide was awful at best. Non existent at worker. We needed clean towels. Couldn’t get them. Couldn’t get more tea on day two. Or more milk. Kiwi hospitality is well and truly dead here. Left the sign up for cleaning. Followed the instructions re the towels. Went to reception. No luck. Really disappointed.

Great host and location for train station. We were picked up and our plane was delayed to which meant it was past midnight, the owner was still very happy to pick us up from airport. Everything was there for our stay bed and pillows were comfy. We Uber’s in and out of Christchurch town very easy. The Motel also took us to the station for our Greymouth train trip FOC.

For our brief stay before going on the Tranz Alpine train this location was ideal. The Tower team went beyond expectations to ensure we could get our luggage and golf clubs to the station. The room had double glazing and was super clean. Thanks for a great stay 👍
