I came by on Black Friday to buy a pair of boots for my partner and I just wanted to acknowledge the 2 young ladies who were working during the afternoon.
They were both professional and extremely friendly with everyone.
It was nice to see a nice happy team.
I did end up having more information that I didn't know about the boots I got..

Came into the store unsure of what exactly I was after. Was greeted immediately by the employee on duty, Harry, and he began helping me find different styles of shoes. He was very friendly, patient, and professional, and helped me find exactly what I was after. Very pleased with the instore experience today.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, following a lengthy visit trying on multiple boots I left and returned 2 hours later, after trying on other brands around town. Very pleased I did as it revealed the build quality and comfort that only Timberland can provide. Very pleased with my purchase and a reasonable saving over retail for the latest release boot.
