I know pork belly is a fatty cut, but more than half fat (looks like 70%) to meat ratio doesn’t seem right for quality local meat from the butchers.
The other pork belly is from the supermarket.
Disappointed with quality as well as service. No response from the store, wouldn’t shop here again.

PNP mobile food truck in the mall carpark Hawkes St New Brighton every Tuesday and Thursday. Top bloke Kyle 👏🏽 Bought a few different sausages from him on different days. Most delicious sausages I've had.

Good service and meat. Decent prices for beef products, chicken a bit on the pricier side but not crazy. They also sell Smokey Ts sauces and rubs which is cool

Lovely young man on the stall at ohoka market this morning he was very polite and patient. Cooked some sausages for morning tea and they were excellent, very tasty.

Went into your parklands store Fri evening the customer service alone makes me want to go back, only has a feed of the award winning sausage so far and very impressed so look forward to trying the rest ,see you next time
