Great experience with staff who really went the extra mile. Fantastic quality suite made locally. Lots of gratitude for the lovely guys who had to really work hard to get it into the house with tricky logistics. Looks amazing.

Under consumer rights are you not obliged to fix or refund a faulty product? Not out of your so called “good will” you are obliged. All we wanted was our money back and to leave happy instead we were not meet with kindness and you lead us to think after it was repaired we could get a refund… Whether this was your manufacturing issue or not you sold me a product that did not work. Where is my refund. No I do not want a quick fix with a chip included on the front. Let this be a lesson to improve your customer service. By the looks of your other one star reviews it looks like I’m not the only one…

I have purchased a variety of items (bed, mattress, couches, bar stools) from the shop and am continuously impressed with the quality of the goods, friendliness of the staff in store and also the delivery staff, all genuinely nice folk. I try and support small family businesses. Highly recommend this little gem of a store in New Brighton.
