From the time I walked in to the store I was made to feel very welcome .
Anneke was very polite and went about her job in a very professional manner as she took me through the whole process of getting the right kind of footwear I needed for the 100km walking fundraiser I'm going to be taking part in for the Bowel Cancer Foundation.
I would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality service and footwear

We came in to get some help regarding shoes and correct sizing, and Melissa ended up helping us (all the while she was helping two other customers at the same time- incredible multitasking) a lot. We were able to make informed decisions and felt like we were in good and knowledgeable hands with her. She offered A+ customer service and support and as a human, just had a beautiful spark around her. Thanks a lot!

I came in today to buy a pair of long overdue daily running shoes and Amanda was a great help finding me one! She was widely informative and professional. After scanning my feet and my walk, she brought out a few pairs to compare and not only did she know what worked best for my feet and the technology behind each shoe but she knew exactly the style I was looking for. Whilst I purchased my pair, we chatted about our passion for running and racing which made the overall shopping experience a lot better! Actually, a couple hours after buying my new pair, I went and tested them and successfully ran my first half marathon solo with no problems! Safe to say, it was a great shopping experience and I’m excited to take my new Asics on more adventures ☺️🏃🏻

Around 12:30, my wife and I visited the store and were speaking with a young female sales assistant about a product, explaining our situation and waiting for her response. Before she had the opportunity to reply, a middleaged male staff member abruptly interrupted the conversation.
Unfortunately, his behaviour was disappointing. He undermined his colleague’s knowledge and skills and spoke to us condescendingly, failing to acknowledge the intelligence of the people standing before him. This made us feel uncomfortable and upset, and it reflected poorly on what had otherwise been a respectful interaction with the original sales assistant.
As a result of this experience, we chose not to remain in the store. While we did not raise the issue at the time, the situation was noticeable and left a lasting negative impression.
I’m sharing this feedback constructively, in the hope that if similar concerns have been raised about this individual, it may highlight a pattern and prompt appropriate coaching or training—particularly around respectful communication with both colleagues and customers.
