A great selection of clothes for plus sized women. The salesperson was a lovely, knowledgeable, and patient person who helped us with our purchases.
The entrance to the shop is not obvious being down an alleyway off the main street. Accessibility is very good, and for the husbands and boyfriends, there's a comfy couch near the change room and bookshops, food, and large TV just outside.

I have recently been shopping at your northlands mall store. The assistant whose name was Cara is what I would say is the very best in customer service
that I have seen for a very long time. As an older woman who has become used to
being treated as invisible by retail staff it has been a refreshing change to experience this level of customer service. I feel she is the best of the best when it comes to treating her customers and feeling like she genuinely wants you to feel good about what you are wearing. 10 out of 10 every time.

I had a great experience shopping at this shop on Friday 7July, thanks to the excellent service from Caroline. I had no idea what I was looking for, other than I needed a coat. She went above and beyond to find exactly what I was looking for. She was cheerful and extremely helpful, as I tried on lots of different options. Her help made my day, especially since I had just come from Ballentynes across the mall where the shop assistants didn’t show any attention to me at all. A couple of them were so busy chatting to each other in French they didn’t even notice when I was right beside them.
If you are looking for a shop where you’ll get the service you deserve, try Taking Shape in the BNZ centre in Christchurch, but make sure it is the lovely Caroline who attends to you.💞

Tower Junction store was great. I only go there for full cotton undies - the best in town. Get them on sale and there's something lovely about fitting the smallest size available for a change!! Thanks for the great product and good service.

I use to enjoy shopping at TS Northlands and have done so for many years. However my experience last Thursday was unpleasant to say the least. The lady the I think her name was Sharon was always pleasant and helpful. Bring items to try and offering assistance.. The woman last week could no even raise a smile and had the personality of a wet fish. The changing rooms were uncleaned (It was 9.30) there were bits cotton etc on the floors. When told this she said that she would just have to get the vacuum out. This could be done before opening. I do not think I will be returning to this particular TS store any time soon.
