Very disappointed with the experience. Communication was extremely poor — messages and calls were often ignored or left unanswered. There were repeated delays with no updates or explanations, and I was left constantly chasing for a response. Reliability and professionalism were lacking throughout. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend based on my experience.

Dear owner,
It seems you may not have read my feedback properly. My review is specifically about the lack of communication and reliability from your end. Despite multiple calls and messages from us, there was rarely a response. On the few occasions you did answer, you mentioned coming on a specific day (usually a Wednesday), but never showed up or followed up — leaving us in limbo without any updates.
This caused significant inconvenience for our family specially kids — during last winter — as the downstairs ducted heating remained non-functional (which should have been installed properly the first time). To be clear: I never expected you to work for free. I had offered to pay you for both the repair and the remaining work on an hourly basis.
I’ve also attached a screenshot of one of my messages, clearly asking you to simply let us know if you were unable to attend, rather than making repeated promises and not turning up. After months of following up with no outcome, I eventually gave up.
Instead of acknowledging these communication issues, your response includes a threat of legal action — which I find disappointing and unprofessional. This is not the level of accountability I expect from a service provider. I’ve worked with other tradespeople (tilers, painters, plumbers) on the same project without encountering similar issues.
I hope you take this feedback constructively and use it to improve how you manage communication and commitments with future customers.

Quick to respond, nothing was a problem. I had purchased a faulty heat pump unit for installation, Taranjeet was so easy to deal with in resolving the issue with the manufacturer. Updated along the way. Many thanks
