Really disappointed with the customer service after going into the store today to get some help with resizing a watch my partner had brought from here for my birthday. I honestly felt like such an inconvenience asking for help doing this as it wasn’t easy getting the links out and I did not want to break it. I was given a new tool to remove the links and nobody offered to try and help me, I was then left at the counter to do this myself as the staff all stood around the store talking. The ladies could see I was struggling with the length of my nails making this difficult but not a single member of staff offered to help. I would’ve really appreciated some better customer service

My experience was completely unacceptable. I visited the store with my 10-month-old baby intending to purchase jeans, and the older female staff member spoke to me in an appallingly unprofessional manner. Her comments — including telling me that a pair ‘makes you look slimmer’ and suggesting I ‘come back after losing the baby weight’ — were entirely inappropriate and disrespectful. Such behaviour has no place in customer service, and it left me feeling demeaned and unwelcome. I will not be returning.

I’m disappointed. I paid $600 for a puffer jacket back in February 2025 to be ready for winter. They told me it would be ready to collect soon from the Christchurch branch, but today the guy on the phone tells me there’s been a “communication breakdown” and they estimate it will be another MONTH before they can order it and get one in. The guy on the phone was more focused on the fact it was people in other branches who might be at fault, rather than finding a solution. I had to push to confirm they’d call me tomorrow (Monday) to discuss solutions instead of “we’ll get back to you when the office replies”. It’s getting cold…it’s been 3 months since I paid in full..why the delay?

Thought I could never find a pair of my favorite retro sneakers but some how they have it and it was the last pair of my size left. Ordered online and got it the next day plus a free wonderful women shopping bag! Friendly, efficient and fast shipping! Highly recommended! =D

Terrible customer service .Esp the girl with long brown hair always there .Wouldn't know how to greet someone and be genuinely interested in helping someone even if her job relied on it.
Must be desperate for staff 🤣
