Items I've wanted have been in stock. Prices are good. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. On my most recent visit the bloke who served me at the counter was particularly nice. Had a good wee yarn and walked out the door with a smile on my face!
SCA if you're reading this, you guys should see if you can accommodate dogs in store. If Mitre 10 and Bunnings can do it, then you can too!

The cashier was fantastic. She had a very good manner with customers and was very engaging with us.
However, wish we could say the same for her coworkers. A male staff member came up to the checkout and in front of the us, interrupting her in the middle of collecting our information - while we were talking - rudely and loudly said ‘Were you not listening’ in a condescending tone I’ve not heard in a long time. He expected her to respond to him in that moment as well.
She did well to acknowledge him and keep on serving us as best she could, despite being talked down to and embarrassed in front of all of us customers.
He was awful and if he is the example of the other staff here then we will find somewhere else next time that treats their staff better or at least with a bare modicum of respect.

Checkout guy was engaging helpful and friendly. Seemed to remember me (not sure I believed him but it helps lol) no problem letting me take product to carpark to check sizing

Excellent service from Kyal today. Very helpful and friendly. Had an unusual issue which was no trouble for the team here. Will definitely be back

Great place and great service. Especially when you can blame the good looking staff behind the counter for mistakes I made. lol. Love the happy attitude she has. Not convinced she is as old as she says. ?? Lmao. (In humour). Love this place.
