Sorry I can't remember who was who , but these team members went help me and above and beyond. The young lady helped me at the counter.Also didn't over commit when she realized she was new.I appreciate this level of honesty in any staff member.And now that in the future they would know more due to training and experience. The curly blackheade told gentleman help me select the product I required. And the other gentleman helped me fit the product into my vehicle. Here is my experience. I am a uber eats driver and was having problems with dull Lights in side streets, the team helped me select and find better bulbs and the whole process was made easy, I went away to fit it myself, and fortunately, was struggling about came back and the gentleman that helped me fit the bulbs was amazing Even got photos on my phone for future reference. Feedback on the bulbs, great guys, amazing.I can now see in the side streets. I defin.\nItely will continue shopping at the east gate store due to these three team members and will be be telling others about my experience and telling them to go to the east gate store. Once again, guys, thank you very much.Total hundred percent absolutely hundred percent.

Jordan and Talia saved the day, I was able to exchange the large for the extra large at Eastgate.
I bought them from Riccarton so it was super convenient.
There was an eight dollar difference and they suggested I use my credit which I didn’t know I had.
Pretty happy with the Service and appreciate both of them working on Sunday at 5 pm
I hope somebody from corporate sees this and gives them a pay rise or some sort of $100 gift voucher

I’ve just had the best customer service experience from Jordan at Eastgate Supercheap Auto. He was attentive and provided excellent guidance. Additionally Noah was very helpful in my visit. I think Supercheap can be very proud of them both in representing their brand qualities

I had to get a 6 volt battery charger for my 1951 prefect - I was able to get one and got a discount through their club memebership - lovely and friendly - got some great products

Just been in to buy something for an unusualy project, an assistant called Alex could not have been more helpful. He was knowledgeable and looked things up for me, nothing was too much trouble. I just had to tell someone!
