I had a great experience at the Eastgate store, staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and I was able to find what I needed quickly. The store was clean, well-organized, and stocked with a good range of products. The only reason I didn’t give a perfect 10 is because there’s always a little room for improvement, like slightly faster checkout or clearer in-store signage. Overall though, I’d definitely recommend Supercheap Auto to others.

These guys (males) were friendly, efficient and Professional. Knew their products and locations in the store. Were PATIENT and PROFESSIONAL. PLUS the prices were EXTREMELY excellent! Nice job guys! Excellent customer service.

Great service today from Keegan. I interrupted him when he was doing something and immediately jumped up to help me. I needed some new wiper blades which he fitted on the spot.. great customer service thanks Keegan and team..
