Jordan and Talia saved the day, I was able to exchange the large for the extra large at Eastgate.
I bought them from Riccarton so it was super convenient.
There was an eight dollar difference and they suggested I use my credit which I didn’t know I had.
Pretty happy with the Service and appreciate both of them working on Sunday at 5 pm
I hope somebody from corporate sees this and gives them a pay rise or some sort of $100 gift voucher

Store manager allowed me to try snow chains to make sure they fit. This is going above and beyond to get perfectly fitting chains. Outstanding service, thank you!

DO NOT! use thier diagnostic service. All it gives you is the cars history of problems not the one causing the problem. Yes its cheap but you are only going to need a proper mechanic to scan it again and more expense. Complete waste of time and $$$.
