They have some really awesome staff (Caleb). Unfortunately they didn't have the size of shoe that I needed but Caleb showed me plenty of different options and had some great advice. He was really knowledgeable and he's a great asset to the team there at the palms. Would definitely go back

I went in to pick up an online order, one lady was standing around doing nothing and another was putting clothes away, the store was empty and I had been waiting at the counter for 10 minutes before someone approached me. Bad service. Decent prices.

I've gone back to get nike air max 90s for 3 weeks and they still do not have my shoe. Definitely never coming back, get your stocks up.
