I had a opinionated staff member, older lady with shoulder length white curly hair when I asked what I could for my son's nose bleeds in hot countries, I explained we were leaving the following day and wanted some advice, she said you probably need to speak to a doctor about that, your leaving it until now and scoffed. The pharmacist was very helpful and gave me a remedy right away of Vaseline, which was all I was after. Not happy will not be back

Stan's is outstanding. The staff and the pharmacist are fantastic. They listen, are so helpful and kind. Not an easy job telling people sometimes that what they want is not what they need, I am sure. Always so many neat things to look at in store, you can find all sorts of gifts while you wait!

No wonder people are moving to the mega pharmacies. Saarjan could not have been more disinterested. I asked at the counter if I could speak to the pharmacist. He said out loud “about?” Great start. i had a problem with a Class B controlled drug so I appreciate there wasn’t much he could do, but I asked if he could assist with unsticking a patch. He said “no, it looks pretty stuck to me”, zero effort and he actually shrugged! Back to budget pharmacy and free scripts for me. (I managed to unstick it myself in the end). Empathy 0/10

Great team here, the wait is never too bad, staff are friendly, helpful, and empathetic. Plus they're open 7-days, what a win! Stans will continue to be my go-to for the foreseeable future.

Staff never look happy. SMILE. I'm not coming in to experience your stand of grumpiness. However, only use Stan's for prescriptions, and never really had any issues. Don't generally have to wait.
