Never in my life have I been disrespected and treated so poorly by pharmacy staff. Instead of giving someone advice for a cough, they stood back and very unsubtly whinged about the fact a customer was coughing in the store. As it happens I'm not sick, just have an annoying lingering cough after having a mild virus 2 weeks ago.
Absolutely dreadful customer service. As a local and a health pofessional in the community, I will be sharing my experience far and wide.
I seriously can't believe how rude they were. Incredible to be in business!

I went in there today for covid vaccine, staff very friendly, very quick an arm dosent hurt. Waited afterwards an they checked on me before I left . Wonderful service .

The lady with dark brown hair - around 45 years old I imagine who seems to only work there part time was extremely rude because my prescription was complex to put together. She made loud comments how she should be getting paid more for this and other such degrading comments. It was very uncomfortable sitting there while she was directing comments at me. It’s a shame because Doug who works there is a true gentleman who is delightful to deal with.

I get my scripts sent here as I live close and they're great! I get a text when my prescriptions are ready to be picked up and also recieve texts regarding the repeats. I can't reply to the latter texts but you can call by phone. The staff has always been lovely to deal with when I pop in to pick things up.

Really petty, unprofessional behaviour from staff and completely lacking common sense. I was due for my booster, had booked it, had a confirmation text and fit all the criteria. Staff couldn't use the system, quibbled over the details, argued with each other and eventually I gave up.
I called the vaccine 0800 line and was confirmed as eligible that day for my vaccine. Talk about turning a simple booster shot into an unnecessarily complicated mess.
I will go to elsewhere.
