Outstanding customer service from Alison when i shopped last weekend at Spoilt. Every time i have been there, the vibe has been friendly and relaxed and the staff are always happy to provide honest feedback. Good range of clothes, accessories and gifts.

As it has been mentioned here, I was overlooked in preference for a group of older ladies. I did manage to try on three pairs of jeans and be completely ignored by multiple staff members during the entire time I was in the shop.
The good news is that I got an idea of style and sizing and ordered two pairs of jeans online from another store.

The staff at Spoilt are amazingly helpful and super friendly. They have great knowledge of there products which is awesome. I live in Dunedin but it's my go to place for myself daughter and daughter inlaw
