I mistakenly bought body lotion instead of wash. I came back 5 mins later and they wouldn’t let me return it, even though they didn’t have the body wash available. The staff was very nice though which is why it’s not one star. Just a silly policy.

I have purchased many souvenirs here, and both the owner and the staff are very friendly. There are also many products to choose from

This is a nice souvenir/gift shop found at the ground level of the Novotel hotel. I had been to this store a couple of times and on both instances, I found the staff to be very helpful. They have a good variety of souvenir items such as fridge magnets, keychains and t-shirts. This was one of the few stores in Christchurch that was open a bit late in the evenings. They were open till 9PM on all days.
