Great service and a smooth experience The check-in process was incredibly easy and efficient, which is exactly what you want when you arrive at your destination. A special shout-out to Munish, who provided exceptional service. He went above and beyond to be friendly and engaging with my son, which made the whole process much more pleasant for our family. The vehicle we received was a Toyota Yaris Hybrid. On the inside, it was spotless, well-maintained, and smelled fresh. While the exterior did have several cosmetic damages, it didn't impact the performance of the car at all, and we were very happy with the overall condition of the rental. I would definitely recommend Snap Rentals for their customer service and ease of booking.

Had a great experience with Snap. I rented a Highlander for 2 weeks which came clean and tidy. The pick up and return process was a breeze. And the airport transfer was fast and flexible. I was able to be dropped off at Novotel as well. Strongly recommend this car rental.

Friendly staff, great service, and a great selection of vehicles. Their shuttle service was quick and easy to use, with awesome friendly drivers. The prices were fair and I went with their insurance cover option. I got a modern, cute little car and it was perfect for what i needed it for. All in all, a great experience and I will be using Snap Rentals again on my next trip to Christchurch. Thanks again!!

We rented a Toyota RAV4 Hybrid 2024 from SNAP for our 11-day South Island trip and had a great experience. The car was clean, well maintained, and very reliable throughout the trip. Pick-up and drop-off were both quick, straightforward, and hassle-free, which made everything much easier. The staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient as well. Would definitely recommend SNAP if you’re planning a road trip around New Zealand.

My experience with renting a car from Snap Christchurch Airport is excellent. The online booking process was smooth and straightforward. The airport shuttle pickup was prompt and efficient, and our Snap driver assisted with our luggage. When I arrived at the counter, the staff were friendly, professional, and had my paperwork ready in under 10 minutes. Although the Mitsubishi Outlander assigned was 2 years old, the vehicle was well-maintained, and ran smoothly throughout my 18 days trip. Drop-off was just as quick and hassle-free. Do allow additional 20 to 30 minutes if you are catching a flight out of Christchurch Airport due to shuttle timing. Best of all, the pricing was completely transparent with zero hidden fees or surprise charges at the end. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and stress-free rental experience
