I was very fortunate to be served in store by Lachie when I visited recently to purchase a fridge. I’ve not come across such an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and kind salesperson in quite come time. Lachie is an asset to your store! Thank you!

Went in to get a microwave oven and walked out with a microwave oven. Good service and the took a good guess with regards to sizing as it fitted in the wooden shelf perfectly. The salesman Rod was very helpful and even carried the oven to the car.

Went in during their recent birthday sale to buy a 40 inch tv, and was told there werent any of the particular brand that i wanted in stock, but was told theyd be getting more in a couple of days. I was made to pay 1/2 of the sale price as a deposit and then they'd call me when the tv arrived in...which seemed really odd!. Over a week passed and I hadnt heard anything from them, so I contacted the store via email, and was told there was no estimated time of arrival (ETA), but they would let me know when they arrived. Another 2 weeks passed and still no communication.
Went in store to find out what was happening as I felt Id waited long enough, and communication had been really bad. I Was then told they DID have stock in store, but no one had bothered to tell me. What terrible customer service!! Quick to take my money, but not follow through with the service. Whats worse is that the duty manager didnt even give me an explanation or apology, so I asked for my deposit back, and he said "oh so you just dont want it (the tv) now!!!'
Completely missing the POINT!! it was actually because of the terrible customer service that I received.
FYI Yes i did actually want the tv, but i wasnt satisfied with the poor communication and servce. I will go elsewhere to buy a tv, somewhere that might give me decent customer service.
And yes i did send an email of complaint to customer service and once again, no response or reply. Communication is lacking and service is disappointing 😕

Really wanted to thank Justin for the friendly professional service today at Northwood. He was easy to deal with and helpful finding our ideal kitchen appliances for less than we expected to pay. Will be happy to be back
