I visited this morning and had a great experience. Marc helped me to find the perfect shoe, he really listened to what I wanted and took the time to find the perfect fit. I never felt rushed gave me a complimentary water while I waited for him to pull shoes. Overall great experience and will be returning in the future.

Had such a great experience with Rihan this afternoon. He really took the time to go through my walking style and the support I needed in a shoe. Left with a pair that is so much more supportive and comfy than the ones I have. Thank you Rihan!!

I have bought several pairs of shoes from Shoe Clinic at Westfield Riccarton and every time the service is friendly, helpful, and professional. I love the fact that they are never rushed and they spend time helping you choose the best shoes using their in-store treadmills. I recommend this store highly. Shaun and Madi and all the team are amazing!

I have just left the store after dealing with Rehan. From the moment i walked in the kindness and professionalism shined out. It made an uncomfortable experience buying shoes disapear. He got the fit right first time and i left walking in a pair of shoes that fit like a glove. Can not thank him enough knows his job and delivers on the shoes. I will return for the same brilliant service abd rapport. It was like talking with your brother.

Simon was awesome, incredibly helpful and even manged to find the right color and type of shoe in under 10 minutes. The way he ties shoes also looks like magic. After visiting several other shoe stores, his pleasant vibe and helpful personality was a refreshing break from disinterested and bored employees. Thank you for the help.
