Recently a fantastic gift was purchased for me from the excellent old school chemist shop gift range. A small issue arose due to operator error( i did not read the instructions) regardless of this Steve gave me a new awesome soup mug , i was not expecting this i did not ask for this but am now the very proud owner of two beautiful soup mugs. Credible medical advice, 5 star service and care. This is what pharmacies used to be like, before the big Chemist Warehouses/ Bargain Chemists etc came in to town. This a REAL pharmacy, where the pharmacist takes the time to know you and advise as needed on medications etc. I got my covid anti viral from here, after an in-depth medical history - as I couldn’t get into my doctor today - they even delivered it to me for free! Thank you so much team.

Shields was my family pharmacy from the 1950s if my memory serves me right. They continue to provide an excellent, friendly and caring service to my now elderly mother. I am grateful for their professional service.

Lovely staff, held an item for me that was low in stock without me having to ask which I thought was a great gesture. Not in the best location for rush hour traffic but open until 8pm weekdays
