Exceptional service from start to finish. Sue went above and beyond helping me purchase a large lamp, even though she doesn’t usually ship bulky items to the North Island. Her communication was friendly, funny, and so genuine — it honestly felt like chatting with someone I already knew.
She even covered the shipping cost, which was incredibly generous. Service like this is so rare these days. Sue and her beautiful store absolutely deserve the support and recognition. Highly recommend!

Shelf is always a pleasure to visit, and I couldn’t imagine Cashmere without this beautiful boutique corner shop. Lots of great gifts, items for the home and more! The kind of things you wouldn’t find in bigger stores. Sue and her team are absolutely lovely. Even when buying the smallest items, they make you feel welcome.

🧡 Supporting local whanau! A gorgeous boutique nestled in a shared space alongside a cute Cafe in the beautiful suburb of Cashmere. A wide range of good quality products, I was in heaven with so many gift ideas.
The lovely owners are kindhearted locals who serve with such humility and warmth in their service. A must visit if you’re in Ōtautahi, the drive up the hill is refreshing & the views are serene.

Sue at Shelf is an absolute star! She is always super helpful with gift idea's on a tight budget.
I have been into her shop on numerous occasions and she is always so patient with me (no matter how long I take to find that perfect gift)!
With her living in walking distance to her shop she has been kind enough to open her shop on the odd occasion after hours, due to me living on the complete opposite side of town.
A hidden gem with fantastic customer service!
