I was helped twice by Will in this shop - firstly my initial purchase of a Braun product, and then the next day when I returned because of a faulty accessory.
Will was extremely helpful - firstly advising me to take a pic of the items fault immediately to show it hadn't been caused by misuse
As my item was the last in stock, there was discussion on how and where to obtain a replacement which was what I wanted.
Will, as a new staff member - helped me as well as he was able within his knowledge and experience. In order to finalize the exchange he referred promptly to his senior staff member for advice and direction
I may at times seemed to be the most difficult customer, but Will was very patient with me
I'm sure he will be an asset to his employer and Thank him for his help.

Chris was amazing with my son, who is new to shaving. He showed us the best products within our price range and also paid attention to his sensitive skin. We were super happy with our products, our spend and the customer service!

After having a less-than-ideal experience at another store, I visited this location and was fortunate to be assisted by a staff member named Sahil. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. He quickly identified the issue with my faulty BaByliss trimmer and replaced it without any hassle. He then helped me complete my purchase smoothly and professionally.
Thank you, Sahil, for turning things around and providing such a fantastic customer experience. I truly appreciated the service and will definitely be returning to this store in the future.

I came into the store today for a replacement cutter head for a Braun Shaver. Although, they did not have the part in stock in the store, the younger gentleman helped me with what to search online to buy it through your website and was very friendly. Great service, I will be sure to shop there again!
