My sister and I went into the store because she needed a new toothbrush. We were taken aback when we saw someone scratching their rear end. At first, we thought it was a customer because they were browsing products, but it turned out to be a staff member. We left because the shop seemed unhygienic. We noticed that particular toothbrush was the cheapest in the mall, so I told my sister to wait for me outside Kmart. However, when I got there, a sign said they were on a toilet break, and the shop had been closed for over 20 minutes, so we gave up. Maybe the lady really needed to go! The store definitely needs more staff. Closing the store because someone needs to use the toilet is a bad look and could lead to lost customers, especially in the biggest mall in Christchurch. Maybe they should use a bottle to pee in.

Recently bought the Phillips 5000 x series electric shaver. Fantastic shaver, and very happy with it. The sales person was very helpful, and informative. I highly recommend the shaver shop in Westfield mall.
