I originally contacted Kerry From SPM as I was having difficulty in managing my rental remotely. From the outset, Kerry has managed every aspect from screening potential tenants, timely rent payments, regular property inspections , and overall excellent communication. I have only just sold the property, and would have no hesitation whatsoever in engaging their services again. It’s been 100% peace of mind. They have selected fantastic tenants every time. The small cost of management has been a great investment

Kerry went above and beyond to help us, and worked very hard on our behalf. Selwyn Property Management is the most affordable option for landlords in the Selwyn area by far, and the service is outstanding. Would highly recommend.
