I brought your le arcs dining chairs through trade me, which I had couriered to Auckland. They look fantastic, unfortunately one of chairs leather ripped on first use. This shouldn’t happen! Especially on expensive quality items.
I have tried to make contact several times with initial response but now feel ignored. Please email me so we can come to a fair solution.

Reply to the response Below; disappointing that this is the only way I can get a response. I emailed & texted your admin Balinder multiple times over the past few weeks, I have given you adequate amount of time to reply before posting reviews. $50 is not reasonable, for chairs that cost of $1200.

Bad online shopping experience for a NZ store. They had all the products online and the facilities to pay easy, so I thought it would be fairly straightforward. Two weeks later I hadn't received any correspondence except an automated receipt. Followed up multiple times (albeit over Christmas) for an approximate ETA as I had just paid close to $900 and was getting no communication. I was ordering lots around the country and was getting comparably better service than here. When they finally contacted me, it was to say they were having transportation issues and now the chair I ordered a month prior was no longer available and offered others. I declined and asked for a full refund. And even this went practically ignored until I asked my partner to deal with them. After 3 months of messing around, I still have no chair but at least I have my money back. This was my lesson to not shop online with small retailers and to actually go in if I really want something.

I recently purchased furniture from Rullen, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The main issue arose with the dimensions of the furniture; they were not as advertised, leading to significant inconveniences in my home setup. For instance, the buffet that was supposed to fit snugly in my dining room was several inches too large, throwing off the entire layout of the room.
Even more frustrating than the product issue was the customer service response. Upon reaching out to address the dimensional discrepancies, the service was lackluster. The person incharge was slow to respond, and when they did, they offered minimal assistance and no practical solutions. There was a noticeable lack of effort to rectify the situation or offer compensation, which only compounded the disappointment.
Given these experiences, I cannot recommend Rullen Furniture. The accuracy of product descriptions and responsive, helpful customer service are fundamental expectations for online furniture purchases, both of which Rullen failed to meet. Potential buyers might want to consider other more reliable options to avoid similar issues.

Some nice things but... well over priced. When asked the prices of somethings it appears they pluck a value out of mid air.... They are in liquidation and it's obvious why. Even liquidation prices are ridiculous. There's wheeling and dealing and then there's out right deception and robbery.
