I invested in my first Rikonda eBike last year with the intention of using it for my daily commute to work. Before this, I've always driven or taken public transportation for my commute. When looking back on my purchase, I can say the investment paid out both in practicality and the enjoyment I had from using my eBike daily. The money I was able to save by staying away from public transportation has already paid for more than half of the purchase price. Also, the extra power I had from the bike's electric motor gave me the confidence I needed to take longer routes, helping me stay on my eBike for longer. The staff at iCycle Electric are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. All in all, I am delighted with both my eBike as well as the service I was given from purchase to post-purchase support.

I've had my Rikonda bike for about 18 months and I absolutely love it! And I've never experienced such fantastic customer service. Nothing is ever a problem for Rik, the owner. He always wants to know what his customers think of the bikes so that he can make them even better. But to be honest I can't fault mine!

OK, so not a bike but I had issues with my scooter and someone recommended John. John and Riki were fantastic. Not only did they solve the problem but did a bit of thinking outside the box and made it even better. Much appreciated guys.

Excellent after sales service. Had a problem with the basket which was causing damage to the paint on the body of my bike. I mentioned this to Rikonda staff, when I was getting them to fix a puncture. They had my bike repainted and replaced the basket with a more suitable basket, at no cost to me. I was thrilled and would thoroughly recommend them. Anna Ward

We went to many E-bike stores when my husband and I were looking for a new bike each. I can honestly say that once we found Rikonda we knew we wanted their bikes for many reasons. The bikes are very stylish and robust and for my bike in particular, I sit up straight while riding it which makes the ride very comfortable..They were just so helpful and Riks knowledge of the bikes was reassuring. They did what they said they would, had the bikes ready for us when they said they would and we have just had our first service which was trouble free and at no charge. Seldom do you get such wonderful service these days. Its a credit to your company. I recommend Rikonda to everyone. Thanks Team Rikonda
