My friend when into repco today to get a top of her oil and a change of her window wipers and came home raving about the incredible service! She was served by a young gentleman unsure of his name but he was super helpful, quick, easy, not pushy with sales, and helped her sort out what she needed!

I was blessed greatly today at Repcos Hornby by staff member Stuart. He was not only helpful, he was caring. In today's world, integrity, kindness and chivalry are refreshing traits. Thank you Repco Hornby and staff, and special and grateful shout out to Stuart. He gave me advice that was a true blessing.

Love this place - the biggest reason I return is because of customer care. Oh yeah, you have product, but so do the opposition. What stands out is the personality of good old kiwi humour and customer service from the guys on the floor. So important in the retail world of instant everything. Keep up the banter lads.

The staff member Steward, was really helpful. He looked up the right type of engine oil for me and when he realised I didn't know how to top up the oil, he offered to do it for me without me even asking. Highly recommended this Repco store in Hornby!

Another great experience with Repco. Honestly, they really care, and want to help. Was there 9/9, and the man that helped me had a genuine desire to want to care for the customer. I noticed my oil light come on, red, and went in, explained the situation, and the man helped me check the oil, put in the oil I had, and check the level again. He even explained that they had an oil sale, starting the next day, showed me the catalogue. Repco really trains their staff well, thank you for not making me feel daft.
