Helpful but I had go to counter myself, no one greeted when arrived, yet two staff appeared unoccupied just waiting for customers. When I did ask for product, they were friendly and helpful, one actually took me to isle directly showed me the product I was looking for. Though I was disappointed with their price which wasn't competitive, rather expensive. Altogether though experience was good.

Quality products. Was looking for rare parts for my 1993 car, and they didn't have it available at this store. They were very rare, and only have 2 pieces available in other branches in 2 different places in NZ. Ordered for me and also asked if I wanted to have the 2nd, just in case I needed it and would be hard to find in the future. Prices was also discounted massively. Thank you so much, specially to Casey for going above and beyond to make sure I had the part/s I needed

Thanks for the help today! I turned up with my windscreen wipers and a headlight bulb I had pulled out/off of my car. I wish I had asked names, but the two kind women behind the desk were fantastic. They collected the replacement items I needed, and even fitted the new blades into my wipers for me, as well as giving me advice with my headlight fitting for when I got home. Couldn't have asked for better service. Much appreciated.

I recently visited Repco and was blown away by the service from Lauren and Kaisey. They were both extremely patient, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to make sure I found exactly what I needed. They ordered rare wiper rubber for me from Auckland. If you're looking for a shop that truly values its customers, this is the place to go. Shout out to these 2 lovely women 😊👍
