This shows that closing staff had no care and manager should look for other work

The good: lots of parking, most of the time the staff are friendly
The bad: Store is often messy
The ugly: I went to pick up a click and collect order on xmas eve. Went straight to the counter with the big “Click and Collect” sign above it where a young girl was sorting some bits and pieces. She saw me approaching and I was happy to wait for her to finish what she was doing.
After a while she asked “do you need me?”
I thought that much would have been blatantly obvious… but alas, it was not.
So I said “yes, I’m here to pick up a click and collect order” to which she responded with “well I’m helping another customer right now” and looked toward the general queue as if to tell me to wait there.
I asked “is this the click and collect area?” To which she took my order number and collected my item for me - which took a lot less time than it did for her to ponder my existence underneath that click and collect sign 😮💨

Decided to do click and collect. After processing, realized Rebel sport had charged an extra $5. Then at store, qued at Click and collect counter, under the big sign, just to be told I had to line up with the rest of the shoppers. Seemed a poorly signed system.

Absolutely terrible service at Rebel Sport Northlink. Matthew clearly couldn’t care less about customers — rude, unhelpful, and had a bad attitude from the start. Didn’t bother to listen or try to help, just acted like serving me was a massive inconvenience. If this is the standard of service Rebel Sport thinks is acceptable, they seriously need to rethink who they hire. Won’t be coming back.

I bought a trail shoes and causing discomfort to my foot as one of the shoes were faulty.i returned to the store almost 3 weeks after ,the staff attended my issue carefully and I exchanged to a new one.really excellent customer service.
