Hey rebel sport as a kid when I had earnt money I loved to come buy stuff from rebel I grow up now an adult and I've noticed ur attitude towards me is now not great.upon me arriving to spend up again after 3days prior to that I spent 980.i wanted more but as I go to start looking for items to buy I get followed then here on the pa system for attendants to please attend the aisle I'm in verry strange.i don't have any need to feel unwanted in a place I spend up to feel better within myself.check urself before use wreck yourself.non welcomed customer

Came in on Kings Birthday weekend when it was super busy and just wanted to express my gratitude for the team and in particular James at the checkout who through the chaos provided excellent customer service and was a massive help. Cheers

Whoever the guy is with the dark hair and olive complexion on the tills this is coming from a socially anxious awkward person he managed to get a conversation out of me and sign me up to the rebel club thing if you are looking for people to be a example of your store and how customer service should be that would be him he was very helpful

I never like to give a 1 star reviews, but Rebel sport as a company was begging for one. I ordered 2 pairs of Nike TracSuite pants. Rebel sports had stock on their website, for multiple stores across the country. Turns out, they have such a bad ordering and stock update system that they have no pairs available in the whole of New Zealand. Without any confirmation or phone call to ask if I would like anything else, my money was refunded.
Why do I find this a problem. Because of no customer communication, poor stock update and stock system design. Zero options given to me, and the whole system is poorly automated. Rebel Sport (IE Briscoes) you can do better.

I went there as they said 50% off. When I paid yeah right no 50%. Just one part of the shop. Was disapointed. So that was a 3. But the guy who at the counter Omar top shelf customer service. A 5 so average out to 4
