We relocated from Auckland to Canterbury, which was a massive move for our family, and Anita was more than happy to meet us out of office hours on the weekend. We were so grateful for that during such a hectic time, especially with last-minute changes due to ferry cancellations.
We never had any problems during our tenancy and were always really happy with the service we received. Communication was easy, everything was handled professionally, and we always felt looked after.

Anita was the property manager of our house after we purchased it but were still living overseas. She was wonderful to deal with, quickly dealing with any maintenance issues that came up. Our tenants were also wonderful! A truly stress free experience.

Bright property have been selecting tenants for my self managed rental properties for about 20 years. Over that time I have never experienced bad tenants and I would never try to select tenants myself.

I am a landlord and have had my two properties managed by Bright Realty for many years. They are very professional and provide updates on the properties through regular inspections, as well as correspondence regarding tenant changes or required maintenance, etc. Always very quick to respond to any questions I've had over the years. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a property manager.
