Unbelievable service from Joel in helping me purchase an investment property from overseas. He went above and beyond at every step, managing the process seamlessly and facilitating a smooth handover to my chosen property managers. He even mowed the lawns for me! What could have been a daunting experience buying sight unseen turned out to be stress-free, and any concerns I had completely disappeared when I walked through the property for the first time. The build quality was excellent, the finishing work was top-notch, and the place genuinely looked better than the photos. I'm very much looking forward to working with Joel again.

As a first time buyer of property Matt was able to keep me informed at a level I could understand throught each stage of purchasing. He was always reachable and happy to explain anything, he made time to show me and my family around to work in with us which was really important being an “out of town” investor. When the time is right to invest again I will definitely be getting in touch with Matt to see what they have coming to market.
