Unbelievable service from Joel in helping me purchase an investment property from overseas. He went above and beyond at every step, managing the process seamlessly and facilitating a smooth handover to my chosen property managers. He even mowed the lawns for me! What could have been a daunting experience buying sight unseen turned out to be stress-free, and any concerns I had completely disappeared when I walked through the property for the first time. The build quality was excellent, the finishing work was top-notch, and the place genuinely looked better than the photos. I'm very much looking forward to working with Joel again.

Highly recommended to build or purchase with R&B. Clear communication throughout and so helpful after purchase as well. In particular, I highly recommend dealing with Joel Hanssen in the first instance, friendly and honest advice from start to finish.
