The arrangement was a WOW and you can't get better than the response we received from friends and family. They were a standout. The florist ensured that I was 100% satisfied with the end product which I appreciated. Will certainly be using again.

Many thanks Jenny,
I rang from Australia in the morning wanting to have some flowers delivered to a funeral taking place at 1pm the same day. Jenny went into overdrive for me and found someone to deliver the flowers to Oxford.
So appreciative of Jenny going that extra mile for something that was so very special to us.
We had tried the previous two days to organise this through some of the main stream florists to no avail, often without a reply.

The flowers granted were delivered they were nothing of the description. U charged for a vase we got a box we were charged for yellow roses we got 3 or 4 yellow gerberers maybe the spelling isn’t right but they weren’t roses an then cant even reply to ouf emails if you want good service an wat you ordered look elsewhere worst experience with service ever

Ordered an $80 tied bunch for a key employee's special birthday but was sadly abjectly disappointed when it arrived: 2 stems of white lilies, 3 gerberas and 2 stems of white crysanths and 2 gladiolae (the latter dominating the arrangement and one much taller than the other!). And, of course, a sea of green foliage fillers. A most ill-conceived and content-poor arrangement which frankly spoiled a well-intentioned gift occasion. I actually rang to complain and was told that "flowers are very expensive at the moment" all the more reason to be creative in execution surely? A spectacular fail.

I know these guys well! They've delivered to my house via inter flora twice and we use them for all sorts for party's etc. I have n't got any gifts there yet but they have a great selection.. locally owned, great service and price. Lovely ladies. Shop has a new fitout.
